My cuisine highlights the best of seasonal produce with great emphasis on my own techniques, flavors and finesse.The full-service experience includes preparing, serving, doing the dishes and offering detailed explanations for each dish, as well as cleaning and ensuring that your kitchen looks exactly as it did when we arrived. Your event can be as small as a romantic table of two to a fifty people bash. Servicing in loire Valley, Nièvre and Allier for one meal or more and All over the France for stays of 5 days and more.

I come with all the ingrédients to cook your menu. I work with a wraitress to serve at table. We set the table, wash the dishes and clean your kitchen for it looks as it did when we arrived.
The multi-course tasting menu focuses on creating a culinary journey with an emphasis on techniques, product, and presentation. The menu is designed to be surprising yet approachable by offering combinations of flavors both familiar and unexpected.
